Amy Cuddy: Bestselling Author and Harvard Social Psychologist
Harvard social psychologist, bestselling author, and brain injury survivor, Dr. Amy Cuddy will speak at the Palm Theatre on December 28th at 5:30 pm. Amy’s TED Talk, Your Body Language May Shape Who You Are, is the second-most watched in TED’s history, with more than 44 million views. She’s been named one of the BBC’s 100 Women of 2017, a Game Changer by TIME, one of 50 Women Who Are Changing the World by Business Insider, and a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. Amy will speak about her New York Times bestselling book, Presence, teaching us evidence-based psychological and nonverbal techniques that help us to bring our boldest, most compelling selves to our most challenging, high-stakes interactions.
