Springtime Detox for Greater Vitality with Sheila Manzagol | Ages 18+

Spring is the natural time to detoxify and refresh our bodies. Detoxifying supports increased focus, energy and can help with sustainable and healthy weight loss. This course will examine the health benefits of nutritive and detoxifying herbs and how they support cleansing, improved digestion, weight loss and personal vitality. Students will create personalized herbal cleansing formulas, learn which foods support the liver and gallbladder (the “work horses” of the digestive system), and how detoxification and dry skin brushing promote good circulation and general health.
