221 Wine & Nibbles Pairing Class

Explore the treasures of winter cuisine with Chef Eliza and 221 on March 9th.  Chef will demonstrate 12 dishes and Sommelier Ana Bowling will pour 10 wines, harmonizing or juxtaposing the cuisine.  Recipes feature hearty squashes, teas, broths as well as warming meats.  Learn how to naturally stave off colds with fresh citrus and bitter greens.  Ana will demonstrate the art of wine pairing and educate in the regions and varietals of wine.  At the conclusion of the class, take with you all of the recipes, a full tummy and a bevy of new friends.   The cost of the class is $150 per student.  You may email Chef Eliza at for more information or call 970-728-9507 to sign up.  Should you not be able to make it to this class, feel free to request a date for a class that fits your schedule.
