Ski, Ride, Yoga

This new program combines daily Yoga exercise with ski instruction in the midst of Telluride’s spectacular scenic beauty. The morning yoga class will focus on developing and supporting the skills that you need to increase your performance on the mountain, such as proper alignment, balance, flexibility, and core strength. A shorter evening class will focus on upper body strengthening to balance out the lower-body intensity of skiing; as well as stretching to reduce your recovery time and prevent you from feeling stiff or tight the next day.

Participants should be comfortable skiing or snowboarding all blue terrain. No previous Yoga experience is required.

Program includes:

  • Welcome Reception
  • 4 day lift tickets
  • 4 days of Expert instruction by our instructors
  • Use of top-of-the-line gear, compliments of Telluride Ski and Sport
  • Use of Slopeside lockers
  • Assessment of alignment and ski equipment
  • Video analysis of ski technique
  • Closing dinner
  • Gift bag
  • One après ski event
