Old World reds have a characteristic subtle flavor, with a lighter body and prominent tannins. Perfect for warming a cold winter evening, participants in this class will explore some of the major red wine regions of Spain, France and Italy, including Rioja, Ribero del Duero, Bordeaux, Chateauneuf du Pape, Chianti Classico and Barolo. Learn why these wine regions are so famous and how their respective wines compare.
