Beginning Gluten-Free Baking RHIANNON CHANDLER Tuesday, January 7 | 11am – 3:00pm | $65 + $10 materials Whether you’re trying to shed a few pounds, address a chronic health issue, or simply expand your culinary expertise, this hands-on class has something for everyone. Students will explore gluten-free alternatives to wheat and other grains, and learn about hidden sources of gluten, such as oats, salad dressings, seasonings, and more. Most importantly, students will learn how to make delicious, satisfying, gluten-free versions of a variety of foods, including chocolate chip cookies, pizza dough, muffins, and bread. *This class will be held in a local kitchen, not at the Ah Haa School.
