Come see one of Texas' most talked-about emerging artists. The night will finish off with Honey Island Swamp Band. The band has its roots in New Orleans but was started by displaced musicians in San Francisco after Hurricane Katrina devastated NOLA. They knew each other from all playing together in various bands back home, the band formed in 2005 and they've been playing ever since. Their sound is described as Bayou Americana with timeless songs, searing guitar, four part harmonies and a the powerful groove of Louisiana's stomp rhythm section. Tickets are $22 plus a $3 ticketing fee.
