Appetizer & Wine Pairing


This summer, Chef/Owner Eliza Gavin of 221 South Oak Bistro will teach a class that every good host should take. Eliza will present recipes for appetizers, finger foods and canapes that range from easy to moderately difficult. Wines will be poured to both contrast the flavors of the hors d’oeuvres and emphasize their subtler nuances. Students must be at least 21 years of age. Plenty of food will be served so skip lunch!
