Telluride Film Festival Cinematheque
Free films, food and lively discussion: On Monday, April 19 at the Wilkinson Public Library, the Telluride Film Festival Cinematheque's "All About Food" series presents Darwin's Nightmare (1972, 102 minutes). Academy Award nominee for Best Documentary Feature, this film exposes the booming multinational industry of fish and weapons taking place along the shores of the world's largest tropical lake. The showing will include a Q&A hosted by director, producer and film professor David Oyster. Wilkinson Public Library, 6 p.m. (5:30 for pre-show reception).
