TELLURIDE NAMED MOST SCENIC SKI RESORT IN NORTH AMERICA
25th Annual SKI Magazine Reader Resort Survey recognizes Telluride for its scenery, character and overall excellence
Telluride, Colo., October 24, 2012 – Telluride received top rankings in the recently released winter travel issue of SKImagazine, which features the results of SKI’s 25th annual Reader Resort Survey. Readers named Telluride the most scenic resort in North America, while also ranking it #2 for character. Telluride was also chosen as one of the top five resorts overall in all of North America. In the simple words of one reader, “Amazing destination, has it all.”

Some Telluride high points noted by readers included the free gondola that provides transportation between Telluride and Mountain Village, a gourmet on-mountain dining experience and standout runs like Palmyra Peak and Gold Hill Chutes.
