Made in Telluride Moments: A Child's First Winter

IMG 7074

We invite you to remember your first winter. The feel of the light, cold snow on your body as you made snow angels. The adrenaline rush as you flew down a hill on your sled and the warmth of hot chocolate after a long day of fun. These memories evoke nostalgia for all who have experienced a snowy winter. We invite you to come and create or re-create these moments that can only be Made in Telluride.

That's what Made in Telluride moments are all about. The memories you create while exploring the Telluride Box Canyon. Visit Telluride, in conjunction with Boulder-based production company C-Lot, will be producing a six-part series based on unique and enchanting moments that can be made in Telluride. We invite you to watch each episode and imagine yourself creating memories that last a lifetime.

A child's first winter in Telluride can be filled with wonderful actviites. Head-on over to Telluride Town Park (where much of this episode was filmed) and enjoy sledding down firecracker hill, snow angel and snowman making, ice skating in the outdoor rink or indoor rink in Hanley Pavillion (you can rent skis at both locations). Looking for more outdoor activities for your kids? Head-on up to Mountain Village! Enroll your kids in the EcoAdventures here
