Telluride Valley Floor
Easy to Moderate - Multi-use trail in a protected area just to the west of Telluride. The Valley Floor, located before the entrance to Telluride, represents one of the region’s greatest achievements in preservation. Click here to learn more.
Summer Trail Use
There is a variety of activities available on the Valley Floor, including a small bike park near the Boomerang Trailhead. It is also possible to make a loop out of the Valley Floor Trail that follows the south side of the slope and connects to the Bike Path across from Society Circle.
Nordic Adventures
15 to 20 km of groomed track with gentle terrain and three trailheads. Parking is available at Mahoney Drive, San Miguel Country Store (Shell gas station), and near Society Turn on the west end of the Valley Floor. Please stay on groomed trails and respect wildlife and protected wetland areas. Dogs are not permitted on the Valley Floor west of Boomerang Trailhead.
