Surrounding Areas Open in early June, this campsite offers 15 sites, 2 vault toilets and a hand pump for water. It is somewhat remote, but horse-friendly. Take Hwy. 145 south toward Cortez for about 18 miles, then turn west on Dunton Road for six miles. Fee is $8 - $12. 35 foot maximum RV length.
