Telluride Banquet Dinner Appetizers with Ahi and Peppers

Telluride provides a true getaway for your group. Accessible via year-round air service, the heart of town is just 15 minutes from Telluride Regional Airport or a scenic hour-and-a-half drive from Montrose Regional Airport. Telluride is serviced by most major carriers and offers a variety of ground transportation options once your group lands at the airport.

Upon arrival in town, there’s no need for a car. Telluride is only eight blocks long and 12 blocks wide and connected to Mountain Village by a free gondola. The gondola runs daily in season from 7 a.m. to midnight. To get around town, visitors can explore on foot or catch a ride on the complimentary shuttle services.

Group Dining

Quality food is a mainstay in Telluride. With a mix of celebrity chefs and local culinary artisans, Telluride’s thriving restaurant scene provides a diverse selection of cuisine for groups large and small.

From unforgettable on-mountain dining with dramatic alpine views to rustic saloons with a rambunctious open-hall ambiance, your group will dine in style. The conference services team can help with on-site planning to ensure that your group is well fed and delighted at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Group Adventures

Perhaps the most compelling reason to choose Telluride is the abundance of year-round, world-class activities, perfect for group entertainment. Following a day of meetings, groups can head outdoors for team-building and recreational adventures.

In the winter, your guests can choose from skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, or dog-sledding tours, just to name a few. Come summer, the warm weather opens doors to hiking, mountain biking, 4x4 Jeep tours, rafting, fly fishing, horseback riding, and more. The 6,739-yard Telluride Golf Course provides 18 holes of championship play.

No matter the season, Telluride’s cultural side always shines with an assortment of art galleries, boutique shops, arts classes, spas and other activities unique to the region. We highly recommend group historic walking tours—a fascinating outing filled with colorful stories of Telluride’s past.

Known as the “Festival Capitol of the Southwest,” Telluride hosts world-famous festivals such as the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Jazz Celebration and Blues & Brews. Family-friendly and a breeze to explore, Telluride is an unmatched getaway.
