Telluride 4th of July Celebration

One year ago i fell in love with telluride and the sweet man who rescued me from a flat tire Komron g.always a true leader and the tire shop who helped me also. Ive grown to love the small town and would love to share my gratitude with all the nice firemen there .god has blessed me and i have always loved komron a true friend to myelf and my kids. thank you so much i hope to see you all again this july fourth 2012. love and respect to all of you . crystal and ashley ungaro garcia

My wife and I have been to Teluride for the 4th of July the last two years. We were hoping to make it a third straight year but we decided to celebrate our honeymoon in Kauai. We fell in love with teluride due to the great people that live there. We felt welcomed and being that this town is surrounded by gorgeous mountains and trees, well it takes your breath away. The food in teluride is awesome and there's some really cool sports bars that serve up great beer and great tasting food. The 4th of July celebration is one of the best I've ever been to. I've seen 4th of July fireworks from Disneyland, disneyworld and across the US. Telurides 4th of July is 2nd to none! Awesome fireworks display with the mountains as a back drop. The explosions echo across the mountains. Also we loved the fly over by the fighter jets. I suggest going and spending at least a couple days to get the full experience. Stay up top at one of the ski resorts and take the Gondola down into telluride. Overall its an outstanding experience. Can't wait to go back next year! Our home away from home.
