Telluride Lustre Gallery will host a trunk show featuring the 24k gold jewelry of Gurhan. In 2009, Gurhan was named Best Designer in Gold, awarded by JQ International. According to Gurhan, "my mission is to perpetuate a legacy born thousands of years ago when the ancient metalsmiths first turned pure gold into creations of timeless beauty. True to their techniques, my jewelry is designed and crafted by my own hands. I believe this personal touch is vital to communicating the passion with which I make my jewelry to the woman who eventually wears it."
