Annual Mountain Village Adventure Rock Bouldering Competition Series

The annual Mountain Village Adventure Rock Bouldering Competition Series begins Wednesday, June 24, 2009. It will run from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Conference Center Plaza. There will be a men and women’s division and a children’s under-12 division with prizes awarded to first, second and third place winners.

The Competition Series will continue throughout the summer with finals scheduled for Wednesday, September 2, 2009. At that event, the winner in each category with the most points earned throughout the Series will be awarded a grand prize. Prize sponsors include Bootdoctors and Dakine. Novice and expert climbers are encouraged to register the day of the event. Competitors will be allowed to climb as many problems in the two-hour period. Competition dates include June 24, July 22, August 19, and September 2 (the finals).
