My wife and I got into the Town Park campground via the lottery. We're from Chicago, left on Monday and arrived on Tuesday afternoon. We expected it to be crowded but were taken aback at the wall-to-wall tents. The only vacant spots left were uneven, rocky, and may not have been large enough for us to squeeze our tent in, let alone the camp chairs we brought. So we decided to abort the mission and come back home. Disappointed to say the least. Lesson learned: festival-style camping is not for us.
