Going Out Going In: Stepping Out of the Everyday and Into Yourself with Brucie Holler & Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer
Through poetry and painting, explore both inner and outer landscapes and move more wholly into the creative process. Here. A chance to step out of the rush of your life and dedicate time to your creative, playful, wise and unfolding self. What memories, stories, images and patterns might appear? In this four-day intensive, poet Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer and painter Brucie Holler will guide and encourage women as they explore in two genres, a practice that allows for surprising insights, clarity and vulnerability. This is a workshop for women who are ready to go deeper, take new risks, and move more wholly into their creative process. Previous participants welcome. All materials are included. Cllasses will be held from 9 a.m.-noon and 3 – 6 p.m. each day. Participants are encouraged to go on walks, hikes or bike rides in the surrounding mountains during the long midday break. Lodging packages are available! To inquire about lodging options, please contact Kathleen Cole at 970.728.3886 or firstname.lastname@example.org. This is a Visiting Artist class, therefore cancellations must be made more than 45 days in advance in order to qualify for a refund (less a $25 administrative fee).
