Cheesemaking 101: Everyday Milk into Cheese with Laurel Robinson

Cheesemaking 101: Everyday Milk Into Cheese LAUREL ROBINSON Tuesday, February 18 | 11am – 3:00pm | $85 + $10 materials Do you think curds and whey are only for Little Miss Muffet? Actually, they are the basic components of every kind of cheese. Spend an afternoon learning how they become cheese. We will make ricotta, mozzarella, brie and butter using both goat and cow’s milk. You will watch and participate in making your own and leave with all the tools to make homemade cheese whenever you like. So next time you invite someone for pizza, you can say “I made the cheese!” The class will include a group meal that incorporates some of the cheese the class makes together.
