Feasts of Spring with Susanna Hoffman - Thursday, March 22 @ 6PM
Join Dr. Susanna Hoffman for another night of free food demonstrations, folklore and samplings in the new series "Feasts of Spring." On Thursday, Mar. 22nd, she will be discussing and preparing foods for a classic greek easter. Like always, she has planned an elegant menu that includes: Greek Saint George Wine, classic Filo Cheese pie, lamb stew with dill and artichokes, barley rusk salad with spring greens, and semolina cake with orange syrup. The night will begin with the food demonstrations as Dr. Hoffman talks about the origins and history behind her feast, and will end with a free food sampling of all prepared dishes.
