Feasts of Spring with Dr. Susanna Hoffman - Ides of March

Join Dr. Susanna Hoffman for another night of free food demonstrations, folklore and samplings in our new series Feasts of Spring. On Thursday, Mar. 8th she will be discussing foods for the Ides of March. Like always, she has planned a elegant menu that includes Frascati Wine, chick peas in balsamic vinegar bruschettas, skewered chicken livers cooked with onions and moscato, pasta amatriciana with panchetta and pecorino romano and ricotta cheescake. The night will begin with the food demonstrations as Dr. Hoffman talks about the origins and history behind her feast and it will end with a free food sampling of all the dishes that were prepared.
