RV Information
Telluride welcomes RVs and campers during the summer. Space is limited in Telluride, however, so we ask that you review and follow the rules for RVs in Telluride and Mountain Village:
In Telluride
- RVs are allowed in select locations within the town of Telluride.
- Telluride Town Park Campground, open from mid-May to mid-October (conditions permitting), has 28 vehicle campsites.
- For camping information, please visit our camping page.
- The maximum length of RVs allowed in the Telluride Town Park Campground is 30 feet; that number must include the length of the vehicle pulling it.
- Sorry, no electrical hookups or RV dump stations are available on-site. The RV dump station is near the impound lot on South Mahoney Drive.
- Sleeping in your RV is not allowed when your vehicle is parked on the street or in a parking lot.
- If you do park along Telluride’s streets or in town parking lots, please read the parking rules of that particular location; they vary by street and parking lot.
In Mountain Village
- Only small RVs and campers can park in the free Gondola Parking Lot because of the constraints of the parking structure. Campers need to park in the outside area, and parking is for day use only.
- Larger RVs are advised to park in the Meadows Parking Lot, located off Adams Ranch Road. Overnight RV parking is permitted in the Meadows Lot, but you will not be allowed to sleep in your vehicle.
- A free shuttle runs in the summer from the Meadows Lot to Town Hall Plaza every half hour from 7 a.m. to midnight.
