Parking
Parking is available in both Telluride and Mountain Village. We encourage guests to park and take advantage of the free gondola to travel between the two towns.
Parking in Telluride
- Free day-use parking is available in Carhenge Lot, just off West Pacific Avenue at the west end of town, near the base of Lift 7.
- Free day-use parking is available at the south end of Mahoney Drive, near the west entrance to town.
- Free two-hour parking is available on some streets north of Colorado Avenue.
- Metered parking is available on Colorado Avenue in the main section of town. Meters are enforced 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday – Saturday. Parking is free on Sundays and holidays. The cost is 50 cents per hour with a three hour maximum. The meters accept coins or parking tokens only. Please read signs closely.

Parking in Mountain Village
Gondola Parking Garage (GPG)
· $5 per day, between the hours of 6 a.m. to 2 a.m., valid for one entry and exit
· $20 overnight, between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m., valid for 24 hours
· Pay-on-Entry: parking attendants will collect payment from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., cash, credit card or debit card (no pins)
· Pay-and-Display: 5 p.m. to 7 a.m., credit card or debit card only, no cash
· GPG Public Parking Permit: $400 per winter season (11/28/10 – 4/15/10); prorated to end of season at $100 per month. No overnight parking with this permit. Non-transferable.
· GPG Mountain Village Employee Parking Permit: $200 per winter season; prorated to end of season at $50 per month. No overnight parking with this permit. Applicable for anyone employed by a licensed Mountain Village business. Must show proof of employment. Non-transferable. One permit per employee.
· RVs: $5 per day or $40 overnight, valid for 24 hours and requires two tickets; parking on Levels 1, 3 and 4 as directed
· No overnight parking, 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. on Levels 4, 6 and 7 (open deck levels)
Heritage Parking Garage (HPG)
· First two hours free
· $1 per hour until exit, no maximum charge
· Credit card or debit card (no pin number)
· No trailers
Meadows Run Parking lot
· Free daytime parking, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
· Monday and Thursday evening parking restrictions in effect, as signed
· Free overnight parking with Residential Parking Permit or Big Billie’s Apartments Permit
· Regional Ski School bus parking diagonally along the south side of the lot
· No RVs, commercial vehicles and trailers
North Village Center Parking
· $2 per hour, between 7 a.m. and 2 a.m.; no free evening use
· Cash, credit card or Mountain Village Parking Card
· Free and unlimited parking hours with a Residential Parking Permit
· No overnight parking, 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
Village Pond Parking
· Telluride Ski and Golf Company private property; no public parking
South Village Center Drop off & Short Term Parking
· Free 30-minute parking
· No overnight parking, 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
Short Term Parking
· Free 30-minute parking
· No overnight parking, 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
Town Hall Plaza Parking
· Free one-hour parking
· Free and unlimited parking hours with a Residential Parking Permit along the rock wall only
· No overnight parking, 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
Upper Mountain Village Boulevard
· Along outbound lane between Sunny Ridge Place and Lookout Ridge as signed
· Free between 6 a.m. and 2 a.m. with only the new 2011 Employee Parking Permit
· No overnight parking, 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
· Applicable for anyone employed by a licensed Mountain Village Center business. Must show proof of employment. The number of permits issued per business is based on the number of employees an employer declares on its business license application. Non-transferable.
