The added element of heat in the rooms of our yoga studio promote detoxification of the physical body, the warming of muscles earlier in the practice so you can descend deeper into each asana, open both the physical and spiritual body to your yoga practice and all it has to offer. You'll step out of the studio with a refreshed, enlivened sense of renewal, as if a weight has been melted away. Don't take our word for it, enjoy the journey yourself and discover your own unique experience.With different types of yoga classes offered you don't have to feel limited. CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Hot ~ 90min class of the traditional 26 postures held 2 times through. Room is heated to around 100-102 degrees with added humidity. BEGINNER FRIENDLY(60min condensed version available, please consult schedule.)

 
Beginner Flow ~this class is great if you have never tried yoga before or the Flow class. It is a vinyasa(movement with breath) class but at a little slower pace than the Flow. Lightly heated to 92 degress with humidity.
 
 
Flow (Flow is faster paced; knowledge of Postures a plus.) ~ with the essence and mindfulness of the breath to guide you, this vigorous class will allow you to flow through a series of asanas (postures) with fluid movements. Room heated to about 94-96 with added humidity. 60 min class.

 Fusion ~ Take the Hot sprinkle in some Flow for a wonderful hour of Fusion. Room heated to around 97 degrees with added humidity.60min class or 75min.
 BEGINNER FRIENDLY 
 

Yoga Sculpt w/weights (Knowledge of Postures a plus)~ introduce weights into this fun, fast paced yoga flow to sculpt out a toned, healthy, balanced body. Room heated to around 92 with added humidity. 60min class.
 

THIS STUDIO IS DONATION BASED. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO BRING BETWEEN $12-$22 PER SESSION
