June is here, festival season has officially begun and we couldn’t be more excited! Starting tomorrow, the Telluride Farmer’s Market will be on South Oak Street every Friday from 10:30-4 every week, so stop by and get your fresh and local food + more. Also this weekend is the 34th Annual Balloon Festival. Balloons will lift off from Town Park and float effortlessly over the Valley. On Saturday, make your way to Main Street at dusk for the Balloon Glow where balloons are tethered and lit up on display. The Wild West Festival, which allows inner-city youth the opportunity to experience Telluride, is also happening this weekend so be sure to share your support! Last but not least, the Telluride WOW Festival will begin on Thursday and last until the following Monday. The festival is a health, fitness and wellness event that brings world-class presenters, instructors and athletes to Telluride to lecture and hold fitness classes on the latest health, fitness, wellness, nutrition and medical trends. 34th Annual Balloon Festival: On Saturday and Sunday, watch balloons lift off from Telluride Town Park and float effortlessly over the Telluride Valley. Head to Main Street on Saturday evening to witness the amazing Balloon Glow. Balloons are tethered to Main Street (weather dependent) and lit up during this spectacular display.

Wild West Festival: The Wild West Fest is a small festival specifically designed to share Telluride with 50 inner-city youth from Big Brother, Big Sisters of America and Boys & Girls Clubs from across the United States. During their week in Telluride, the boys and girls participate in drama, dance, horsemanship, fly-fishing, golf, and the Rock & Roll Academy. The Wild West Fest was created by the Sheridan Arts Foundation, which raises $50,000 each year to run the program. Telluride Farmer’s Market: The Telluride Farmers' Market takes place on South Oak Street in Telluride, Colorado every Friday from June 2nd thru October 13th from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm. Our market features organic: fruits, vegetables, pasture raised meats, eggs, cheese, artisan bread, baked goods, an array of delicious concessions and expertly made local crafts. All products are grown or created within 100 miles of Telluride.

Telluride WOW Festival: The Telluride Wow Festival is a health, fitness and wellness event that brings world-class presenters, instructors and athletes to Telluride to lecture and hold fitness classes on the latest health, fitness, wellness, nutrition and medical trends. “The intent of Telluride WOW is to bring like-minded people together to experience the love and appreciation of health and fitness,” said Becca Tudor, founder of Telluride WOW Fitness Festival. “Our goal is to create an unforgettable weekend for people that want to either get started on a new fitness program or advance their skills in a variety of activities from adventure racing, boot camp, climbing, cross fit, cycling, Pilates,yoga and more.
