No Barriers Summit Travels to Telluride This Weekend.
We are excited to welcome the No Barriers Summit to Telluride for their event! Bringing together a community of participants who embrace their barriers and use them to benefit both themselves and the community that surrounds them, the No Barriers Summit event provides physical, technological, and emotional support for participants to reach personal goals.
The No Barriers Summit gives participants the opportunity to try new outdoor adventures with the support and help of a community that makes the activities accessible to a variety of ability levels. Participants have the opportunity to participate in clinics including, but not limited to, rock climbing, hiking, biking, photography, filmography, painting, tennis, and golf.
Keynote speakers for this event include ABC News journalist Bob Woodruff, injured in Iraq while reporting, and Kyle Maynard, a quad-amputee who summated Mt. Kilimanjaro last year. We were lucky enough to speak with Mr. Maynard about his journey and how he lives a life of “no excuses” as a climber and an author. To read more about our interview with him, click here.
