New Year's Eve in Telluride
So you decided to plan your ski vacation for New Years this year. And like anyone with a heart beat, you want to find a fun way to bring in the new year. Look no further than our list of New Year's Eve activities!
The Basics...
A local and visitor favorite, the annual Torchlight Parade features skiers and snowboarders riding down the ski slopes, torches in hand, with the ski a blaze with fireworks. Parade begins at 6:30 pm and can be best seen in Mountain Village's Heritage Plaza.

Ah Haa School New Year's Eve Gala
Local art school A Haa welcomes guests to an evening with champane, hors d'ouevres while mingling to the cool sounds of live jazz and take in the new art on display for 2013. $250 per person starting at 6 p.m.
Sheridan Opera House Celebrates the New Year with The Wailers
Take in 2013 with the sweet sounds of Jamaica with reggae legends and the original backing band for Bob Marley, The Wailers. Gala tickets are $100 general admission.
The Last Dollar Saloon's New Year's Celebration
Come on over to The Last Dollar Saloon and enjoy a champange toast at midnight while listening to Vinyl Meningitis and DJ Seano. Doors open at 9 pm, wristbands are $20.
Champane and Party Favors at Inn at Lost Creek
Hanging out in Mountain Village? Book dinner at 9545 at the Inn at Lost Creek and ring in the New Year with a complimentary glass of champagne with party favors! Dinner is from 7-10 pm.
New Year's with "Better than Bacon" at the New Sheridan Bar
Listen to Boulder-based "Better than Bacon" at the New Sheridan Bar. $25 per ticket from 9pm on.

Come enjoy the restaurants normal fun atmosphere. Head on downstairs to the Roma bar and have a few drinks with friends!
NEW THIS YEAR
New Year's Eve Fireworks in the Town of Telluride
Join Mayor Stu Frazier for the countdown to New Years in front of the Telluride Courthouse on Main Street and enjoy music, complimentary hot chocolate and for the first time FIREWORKS at midnight! Festivities will begin at 11:30 pm.
